On August 29, 2021, an employee was cleaning dough from the roller of a chunker hopper. As he was removing a piece of dough, his left hand was caught by a roller of the chunker machine. He suffered an amputation of the index finger, as well as crushing injuries to the left middle and ring fingers.

An employee was servicing a boiler at a client location. The employee was removing the belt from the motor on the outside of the boiler when the boiler started up, causing the power transmission belt to grab his finger and pull it into the ingoing nip point between the belt and pulley, amputating the tip of his left middle finger. The boiler was not locked out at the time.

On October 5, 2017, at approximately 9:00 a.m., three employees were working together to remove vinyl siding from the side walls of a residential balcony for demolition. They were working from extension ladders with hand tools. The injured employee entered the balcony from the extension ladder to look for a potential anchor location for his personal fall arrest system. When he entered the balcony, it collapsed beneath him. He landed on the ground and broke his leg.
